Fri 2/20
10-2 Practice with just Dave and Sonic Sisters (cocktail portion of set)- grab your own lunch today- easy to grab from any place across street.
2-5ish full band practice with Sonic Crusaders. Charlie and Mike will not be at this practice. Mike won’t arrive til 8:30pm+.
At night enjoy, relax, make your own plans (we have a very busy wk) unless Joe plans otherwise last minute
Sat 2/21
9-10 Gina is providing us a light breakfast with fresh fruit at Rayvel.
10-4 or 5ish full band practice -Sonic Crusaders.
12:30-1:15 lunch: sandwich platter
Shortly after practice, we have the 14 psg Sonic Mobile (rented from 5 to 11:30) taking us to the
Mardi Gras Pub Crawl - https://www.madhatterpromotions.com/2026-mardi-gras-pub-crawl.php (runs 6-11pm)
It’s in Cocoa Beach which is 30 miles north of here. We will hand out Sonic mardi gras beads and eat dinner (Joe’s choice).

Sunday 2/22
9-10 breakfast at Rayvel
Rehearse 10-5ish, we will provide lunch 12:30-1:15- sandwich platter
6:30pm We will go to Mister O1’s for dinner. We will have pizzas, burrata, and salad. Vegan and gluten-free available.
Monday 2/23

9-10 Breakfast at Rayvel
10am-12 or 1:00ish Light practice for Sonic Crusaders and then practice “Get A Witness” with Bo and Dan. Maybe a few more songs.
12-1 Lunch at Rayvel
1:00ish to 4:30 All Star Band practice with Dan Lawson and Bo Bice (Does not involve all Sonic Crusaders- similar to Chow fest)

5:30-8:30 Dinner Reception at The Landing Rooftop with Rhiannon and Mark Sganga playing out on the deck until just after sunset, then we go inside to eat.
Tuesday 2/24 (This day we have a 14-psg van rented 8am -7pm )

* Speech by the Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce.
* Keynote speech: history and mission of Rayvel Holographics by joe Ciaudelli

9 PM - 11PM Big Bad VooDoo Daddy (Swing/Jazz/Horns)

The music needs a hard stop outside at 11pm, per the city, but the party will continue inside (not for the public).
Wednesday 2/25: (this day we have the Sonic Mobile from 10:30-5 for getting us to/from fishing)
* Fishing competition 12-4- leaving from Sebastian area about 20 miles South in the Sonic Mobile.
We have 5 boats competing so we will have to make a few trips and use other vehicles too.
* Fresh fish BBQ (plus vegetarian/vegan options) that night. The restaurant across the street will be frying up the fish.
