Most of us are staying at the Melby Hotel in downtown Melbourne:

Try to fly into the Melbourne Orlando International Airport. It is a few miles from the hotel. We will get you a ride from there to the hotel. Don't mistake it with the other Orlando International airports. You can fly into those, but they are at least 60 miles away, and you would have to get reimbursed for local transport to the hotel.

*Rayvel golf tournament at Crane Creek Reserve golf Course (just 1.6 miles from Rayvel Headquarters). Golf tee at noon, 9 holes.
* Sunset rooftop dinner reception at the Melby Hotel at 5:30-8:30pm
Rhiannon will be doing a cocktail set for about one hour.

Rayvel Ribbon Cutting Celebration and Holographic Arts & Music Festival
Location: Rayvel’s new headquarters at 404 E New Haven Ave Melbourne, FL 32901 (downtown Melbourne).

9-11AM start : light acoustic style music with members of Sonic Crusaders.

* Short speeches by elected representatives and community leaders
* Keynote speech: history and mission of Rayvel Holographics by joe Ciaudelli

1 PM: Jeff Caldwell (electric guitar/female background singer)
2 PM Bo Bice (vocalist with acoustic guitar)
3:30 PM Dan Lawson Band (4 member blues band)
5:00 PM Kasim Sulton (vocalist with acoustic guitar)
